My experience in social media management runs deeper than just tweeting and posting to Instagram for companies. While I’m past the age of what’s considered a “digital native”, I did growup with the internet and was there for every evolution of the social media…revolution. From the early days A.I.M. and Xanga to Facebook, Myspace, Tumblr and every site and app in between. I’ve seen it all and I’ve done it all.
I currently manage social media and an employee advocacy program for a large, nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm. Before I took on the responsibility, there was so normal social media strategy; let alone campaigns or employee advocacy. In the first year, visibility on Twitter and engagement on LinkedIn increased exponentially. After getting a strategy in order, we implemented Hootsuite Amplify to promote employee advocacy and within six months, we produced over 1 million daily impressions on LinkedIn.
